How does lease return collection work?
You send us the driver's address and the drop-off site. We book a collection window with the driver, collect the car, photograph it and deliver it to your defleet centre or auction. You get the condition report with your invoice.
Can you collect from drivers at home?
Yes, that is most of our lease work. We collect from the driver's home, place of work or a depot, whatever is easiest.
What do you charge?
A fixed price per vehicle based on the route and your monthly volume. Tell us how many returns you have a month and we quote a rate. The more you move, the better the rate.
Do you inspect the vehicle?
Yes. We photograph and note the condition at collection and delivery, so you have a record before the car goes to auction.
Do you work on purchase orders?
Yes, purchase orders and 30 day invoicing are standard for our leasing clients.
