Are your vehicles ULEZ compliant?
Yes. Our support car and transport fleet are all compliant with London's Ultra Low Emission Zone. Your vehicle is transported under trade plates and doesn't need individual ULEZ compliance for the journey.
Do you charge extra for the Congestion Charge?
No. If your collection or delivery is inside the Congestion Charge zone, the £15 fee is already included in your fixed price. You won't see it as a separate charge.
How do you handle London parking?
We coordinate with you in advance. For permit-only streets, we'll ask you to arrange a visitor permit or suggest a nearby handover location. For commercial areas, loading bays are usually available.
How long does a London collection take?
The drive from Devon is about 3.5 hours to central London. The actual handover takes 10-15 minutes. We typically plan London runs as next-day deliveries: travel up day one, collect/deliver day two morning.
